John M. Kirchmer received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November of 2001. As a licensed attorney, John worked for a couple of different law firms in other parts of Texas before starting his own law firm here in North Texas in 2014. John supports local youth sports programs and is also a volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Texas.
What to expect at your FREE consultation with the Kirchmer Law Firm:
Prior to our first meeting we will send you a questionnaire. It is very important that you bring the completed questionnaire to our meeting so that we can have all the information needed to properly advise you.
The initial meeting may last up to two hours in order to accomplish the following objectives:
•Identify the client and family’s long-term goals •Review legal and financial information •Create a preliminary eligibility plan •Discuss Medicaid rules and eligibility •Provide the client with a timeline for eligibility •Quote a flat fee for our services
The Kirchmer Law Firm does NOT charge a consultation fee. If you engage our firm for services, we will set up a due-diligence meeting and set a date to execute any legal documents needed. If needed, The Kirchmer Law Firm will visit the client or family member at the resident’s long-term care facility.
